ACTS' SHS Department Holds Acquaintance Party 2018

ACTS Computer College warmly welcomed all the new members of the family through its annual acquaintance party last July 28, 2018 at CLA Mall, Brgy. Binan, Pagsanjan, Laguna with the theme “Selflessly Together and Never Divided”. It aimed to build the sense of camaraderie, love and unity among the Grade 11 and Grade 12 students.

This activity was attended by all faculty and staff of ACTS Computer College as well as the Senior High School students. It was hosted by Ms. Elaine Caguingin and Mr. Nino Valenzuela which added up to the excitement and happiness of the event. The program started with the opening prayer led by Mrs. Jamaica Castillo, one of the SHS Faculty of ACTS Computer College. It was then followed by the heartfelt opening remarks by the SHS Principal, Dr. Eric P. Castillo. An inspirational message was given by the hardworking School Director, Prof. Ruben F. Macalinao.

Part of the said program was the parade of the different sections wherein each section with their respective adviser had the chance to be recognized by the other Senior High School students. Induction of the different officers of each strand and SSG was also part of the day. Special numbers from the talented students of ABM strand, GAS, HUMSS strand, ICT strand and STEM strand were also the highlights of the event. A special number from the new SHS Faculty and Staff and the introduction of the members of the SHS Department were the most awaited and exciting parts of the party. There were also other surprises given to the lucky students. After the program, the students had the chance to conquer the dance floor and to mingle with the other Senior High School students.

Great happiness was really felt by the attendees of the said event. The said program was considered as another story of success for ACTS Computer College.
