ACTS Annual Sustainable Evaluation and Planning 2018

ACTS Computer College held its annual sustainable evaluation and planning with the theme Together Everyone Achieves More. It was a three day activity which aimed to equip the faculty and staff of the institution with knowledge about policy guidelines on classroom assessment, how to improve the customer service perspective, the code of ethics for professional teachers and the significance of rules and regulations in the organization.

This activity was attended by all faculty and staff of ACTS Computer College as well as the newly- hired faculty of the institution. The moderators were Ms. Abiekhay Camillee U. Lavastida and Ms. Ma. Lourdes D. Monteramos which were responsible in controlling the entire flow of the program. It was divided into three sessions. The first day happened last May 23, 2018 wherein selected faculty of ACTS Computer College served as the speakers. The first day started with the invocation led by Ms. Moriela K. Mercado and followed by a heartfelt message from the school director, Prof. Ruben F. Macalinao. He was also the first speaker which inspired the faculty and staff with his inspiring messages about living a life with purpose. The second speaker was Mrs. Maricris A. Amoloza, a SHS faculty, who discussed the policy guidelines on classroom assessment for the K to 12 Basic Education Program. The last speaker was Dr. Adoree A. Ramos, who gave the important points on improving customer service perspective.

The second day of the said activity was held last May 31, 2018. Annual Evaluation of Action Plan for A.Y. 2017 – 2018 and the Action Planning for A.Y. 2018 – 2019 were done. The day started with an invocation and opening remarks from the School Director/ President, Prof. Ruben F. Macalinao. An ice breaker facilitated by the moderators added excitement on the day. The annual evaluation and action plan of A.Y. 2017 – 2018 and the action planning were headed by Dr. AdoreeA. Ramos.

The third day was held last June 4, 2018. It was the continuation of action planning for A Y. 2018 - 2019. Also, there were speakers who presented important topics for the improvement of everyone. The first one was Ms. Richelle Ann S. Madera who discussed the significance of rules and regulations in the Organization. She also did the orientation on the rules and regulations of ACTS Computer College. She also led the reading of the Covenant of ACTS Norms. This activity truly helped all the faculty and staff. It is the best way to start the School Year 2018 - 2019.
